We wanted to replace our roof. 2 Problems: Who can do a good job? What was the price. We heard about Ruben from a friend. We invited him to give us an estimate. He did some measurements then went over some basic questions. We chose roofing paper, asphalt shingles, 30 year and removal of the existing roof. He also mentioned that any repairs would be extra. We agreed on a price (very competitive) and set a date. Ruben and his team went to work on the appointed day, and finished on the second day (including clean-up). Fortunately, they found no soft spots or damage, so there were no extra charges. Because of their quality experience 2 years later we asked them to re-roof our rental house, this time there was water damage, the cost for both the repairs and the new roof were very reasonable. For their quality work we strongly recommend Ruben and NW V&V Roofing. Dates for the work were Sept 2020 and Jun 2021.
